オンラインゲームとwebサービスの課題は、怨念が消えにくいこと。ブログの炎上、ゲームの運営の失敗が典型例だけど、ミスや失敗がずっと残る。忘れない文化。

ユーザー同士でも、あいつは以前他のＢＢＳであんなことをしたっていうのを何年も前の事を忘れない人もいて。水に流すとか忘れるというのが文化として薄いんだよね。
ソーシャルが可視化される、過去履歴が残る、というソーシャルメディアの基本的な特質がそうした傾向を助長している。

で、たぶんその問題を自然体で理解していると思うのが、ひろゆき。
2chとニコニコの違いのひとつって、流すという文化、いやシステムなんだよね。

twitterのいいところもながれていくところ。それがつぶやきという軽さ。
でも、悪いのは、urlが存在するところ。だからつぶやきが炎上しちゃったり、トゥギャッターでまとめられたりする。
有用な議論をまとめて読めるのは便利。でも喧嘩みたいなものまで、まとめられちゃうことが出てきて、怨念系が目立ってくる。

便利と無駄、怨念と忘却の対立する場なんだよね、ネットって。
